Asda £15 off £30+ spend - Problem & solution
In a post recently, we were informed to check our Asda Rewards app as there was possibly a £15 off £30+ spend voucher. I got lucky, and it was.
Before nipping out a bit later to take advantage, i checked it was still live. It was. However, reaching the counter and scanning the membership code was a bit disappointing, as that act somehow triggered the system into stating the voucher had been used, but it had not, and there was no history of its usage.
Upon contacting Customer Service just now (0800 331 7409) I was told that there were many issues with that voucher, I was not the first, and nobody had an explanation yet. But she could see it had been offered, and rectified the situation by adding it into my Cashpot for future use. The voucher could not be reissued as it was date critical.
So. If you've "lost" your voucher, don't expect instore staff to be able to help, as they can't. They have no access. Ring CS, be polite and friendly, and hopefully you'll get a similar result.
