The priority is warmth. Stuff what the neighbours or anyone else thinks about how nice it looks. They'll grow out of it by next year, and will be used as a goalpost in the playground. But you haven't said how old they are, their interests, or how much you are prepared to spend, so you could get offered a Paddington Bear coat from Matalan, or something by ESL
