Amazon Warehouse (tends to) offload Christmas Trees around this time of year. Though they may not be brand new and some cheeky sorts may have had them up for a few weeks.
You do get new items sometimes but it's all the luck of the Warehouse Gods.
There is a tree on Warehouse (Like New) at the moment, though it's unlit and not sure of the brand:
