Complaint against Expedia

Hi has anyone got the best way to make a formal complaint about Expedia?( cancel flight,no refund after 30 days.
Chat function is bl00dy useless ,if it's not on script.......

    The airline have authorised refund Feb 15th.....they also cease to trade after 31st march.

    I have no idea if it will produce a useful result.

    If you paid by credit card or debit card you might be able to do a section 75 claim or a charge-back - financial-ombudsman.org.uk/con…dit

    thanks for your reply..... tried customer feedback form....nada
    Will probably have to go CC route
    Just wondered if people "had" success with another route!
    It's not much money but it's mine AND not theirs!

    expedia counts as a third party intermediary, I'm pretty sure. It would usually be the airline that would issue a refund. Have a check on sites like money saving expert as the like. It has been a year or two since I dealt with section 75 claims for a living, but unless things have changed, it would be the airline, not the travel agent your claim would be against.
