Our product team is indeed currently working on a dark mode for the browser version. No release date has been announced yet, but I assume it won't take ages.
What device and operating system are you using? If its Windows then yes there is a dark mode. Much better places than hotukdeals to find out this sort of info.

HUKD should have its own dark mode for desktops. I'm surprised they have not implemented this feature when they have it on the mobile app.
In Windows 10 for desktops you can turn the night light on and off in the bottom right corner of your screen
if you use google copy into URL { chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark } and enable top one Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents
