Scooter as in illegal battery powered transport, 2 wheeled road legal device, or carriage for the less abled? The first is easily stolen from a plastic shed. The second could be easily covered with a bike blanket instead, which would be cheaper. The third might require some physical movement that you might not be capable of, and would still require the detachment of the battery for charging, and taking indoors to prolong it's life, which you might be able to do in the confines of a tight plastic shed.
