ID Mobile (poo emoji) CS/App?

Is it just me or is their whole "self service" thing a load of untested dog dirt.

- Been unable to use the app all weekend ("We're experiencing difficulties..")
- Just about managed to get it working/update it now
- Had to do some weird re-registration
- Now can't access data usage on app
- Says I've used 197Gb out of 150Gb of my plan but;
- No mention of data rollover which was part of my deal (n only just using in anger )

The actual mobile service is OK, but it just feels like they're a bunch of amateurs that have no CS and no Devs etc.

    They did a system change a few weeks ago, that has just been a total disaster.

    They have been a pretty good network generally for years but have dropped the ball here, it'll get fixed in time. If people get charged I suspect they'll be pretty forgiving if you use the app as an excuse but I expect complaints to be slow due to the number of contacts
