Bershka have some very good quality & affordable clothes which i wore from 19-23.

zara/Pull&Bear also part of the same family with good clothes.

Bershka, Pull&Bear, H&M, Hollister and ASOS are all reasonable suggestions. (edited)

Boys can be difficult as they tend to prefer branded items inc sports brands. Like others have said ASOS offers a decent range. There’s a choice gift card you could buy that includes asos & other clothing/brand stores.
