Matalan missing cushion

Hi everyone

I received two Squishmallows cushions in my Matalan order however I ordered 3. I ordered:

  • 2x standard

  • 1x Christmas

I have contacted customer service earlier by phone and they advised me the cushions were sold by a third party through their website. I didn't see this mentioned during purchase, but they told me they will contact the third party on my behalf and I'll hear back within 72 hours

I just wanted to ask is this common with Matalan online orders? If this has happened to anyone else here before, did you receive a refund / replacement without any issues?

It's a shame but mistakes happen and if I can get it sorted I'll be happy, I just wanted to ask for other people's experiences so I know what to expect

    Do you have a link to the
    Matalan listing please because depending on how it's presented on the website, Matalan are still the supplier of the product so it's THEIR responsibility to fulfil the order.
