Did a quick search on Facebook if its ob-watches dot com they all look like the cheap watches you find on aliexpress but at massively inflated and reduced (still expensive) prices (edited)
Yep. These are sub £25 off aliexpress.
They are advertised all over because you've been looking at them, other sites you visit will also show them, it's how ad tracking works. I have zero interest in any watch, so I never see any adverts for watches
