I would avoid "no turn" mattresses, especially for non-hybrid ones which have no reason for it other than scrimping on build quality. It's a negative makers try to pretend is a positive, it means you can't flip it to even out wear and extend its life.
Also appears to have no side stitching or edge reinforcement which means roll-off could be an issue (get too close to the edge and the springs become weaker so you 'roll-off' the edge).
