hey there noob....u seem to have issues
Ive located two places.. One is a after hours night club called The Den in Holborn....
The other one is a small corner shop on Shaftesbury Avenue... at the top of it... near the junction of New Oxford Street.
Im not 100% of the name but i think its called Sunrise... there is 2 cornershops there... so if its not one its the other lol but they sell Kinnie in a can, where as The Den (Nightclub) sell it in a can and bottle... was really surprised to see it.

OK thanks for that
I've been going to the Maltese Fair (Malta Day - UK) for the past 8 years or so. I come away with bags of Twistees and a case of Kinnie and while there I eat fresh hot pastizzi and some hobz-biz-zejt, made with ftira. If you take a cool bag you can buy frozen pastizzi to take home - I've done this the past couple of years.
I won't be going this year as we're going to be in Malta for the whole of August, so I think I shall fill up on goodies while there and bring loads back with me! (Having said that, I may just nip up there to grab a case of Kinnie! Me and my girls love the stuff!!
And what relevance does this have on finding pastizzi in London?
I think you're talking in riddle - or should I say, mumbo jumbo.
What has the Maltese culture, or government, got to do with finding pastizzi in London?
You're welcome.
If you do go to the Imnarja Celebrations or the Maltese Fair I would advise you to get there early and buy your stuff as soon as you arrive as it gets extremely busy and they do sell out of things. They always get more as they send someone off to their "headquarters" to get more supplies, but you'd think they would have learned by now to just bring more in the first place!! Also the queue for the pastizzi and hot food gets so long, but it is worth the wait.
Enjoy it!!
There is also free parking in the streets around Victoria (where the Maltese Fair is held).
Im also on the look out for twisties... i recently found kinnie in London which i thought was a big achievement
Where in London did you find Kinnie? Please do tell!!
Fyi, the Maltese Fair is on 10 September this year. A case of Kinnie (24 cans) costs £15. Also, if you ring the Maltese Culture Movement people they might be able to arrange to meet you for you to buy Twistees.
Thanks for the info... i will put the date in my calender

Sorry, just seen this. Yes, I am half Maltese; I used to live there when I was young. We were in Malta for the whole of August.
I went to the Maltese Fair on 10 Sept and bought some frozen pastizzi and frozen ravjul and a case of Kinnie - things I couldn't really bring back with me!!
Edit : When you're cooking your pastizzi don't have the oven at too high a temperature or else the outside will cook, but not the insides. They'll probably take 50 mins or more to be properly done.

great any tips on how to cook then would be great as my mum (who is Maltese) is coming for my birthday party Saturday and these are a surprise for here got some twistees as well, going to pick it all up today
Snap!! My mum's Maltese too. She came to live in the UK after she got married (to an Englishman) and was here for 40 years. 4 years ago, not long after she retired, she went back home to live in Malta.
As I say, when cooking the pastizzi don't have the oven too hot, say around 150/160 degrees C. Place them on greaseproof paper, or a well greased tray and cook them slowly. Check them after half an hour and then every ten minutes or so. Maybe the last 10 minutes turn the temperature up a bit to get the outsides a bit crispy. Enjoy!
Have you tried making things like timpana or baked rice? They are very easy to do. Let me know if you want my recipes.
Happy Birthday.
we polished off 13 pastizzi between us yesterday lol and a bag of twistees each
those recipes would be great thank you
