    So the team can check if any issues are possibly device specific. Thank you

    Got same issue. Pics loading few secs and updating takes 10 sec + as normally it's less thank second. I have checked website and it's ok. Pixel 6a Android 14

    Hi sorry to hear you are having problems.

    Can you please confirm which version of the hotukdeals app you have installed (latest android version is 7).

    Also have also tried closing the app, clearing the cache, then logging back in. And if that doesn't help then deleting the app and then reinstall.

    If the issue is still happening with slow loads after completing the steps above, could you share a screen record showing the issue and we'll escalate for the team to investigate. Thank you for your help

    Same. When first opened it can just hang in app but blank for many minutes loading. I had been waiting ages for it to load.
    I've recently found if I close the app when it struggles to load deals then reopen it the deals are all there straight away! Weird behaviour. (edited)
