    Hi, Sorry to hear your facing some issues with our IOS/Android App, The first thing i would like to suggest is try to clear cache in the hotukdeals app settings in the IOS menu.

    If these problems are still occurring after, please let me know and i will reach out to you to get some details such as steps to replicate the problems and also some information in order for our team to properly investigate these issues. (edited)

    Thanks. This is Android (from 10 to 14). Yeah, i very often clar not cache only but data too (have to log in again) because app size grow very fast.

    If possible, could you also upload screen grabs or screen recordings showing some of the issues you have mentioned? This will greatly assist in providing constructive feedback to the Android team, allowing them to review and attempt to replicate the issues as part of the app development process.

    I'm having to post deals through the webbrowser if I know I'm going be posting more than 1 image in the description or wanting to add links within a title. The get around for only adding 1 image in the description is to instantly click send/finish the description before it changes to [image]. This also occurs when posting images in comments. I've cleared the cache and sometimes rectifies the issue, not always, though.

    The other problem is when you reply to a thread is that you have to refresh to see your reply or if its gone throuth.

    Hi all seems an appropriate post to comment what I've seen with the new submissions process

    I'm using oneplus 9 pro on android 14
    Hukd version 7.00.02

    I have rolled back from beta program of hukd app to the standard issue as that was too buggy. But this normal issue app has changed from the previous versions. Deal submission is more lengthy

    It's great that you now have a direct button to submit but on some retailers website the link will completely disappear after posting and an edit is required to put back in. Tesco is a prime example. This happens if you copy the link and use the + button from the app to submit.

    First attempt to put a link through to start a submission doesn't connect and second attempt goes through. It didn't used to do that and my wifi/data are all good

    Amazon submission previously had just the pure link and was quite see less. Now you have to cut and paste the link and remove all the details first

    Selecting just the link has become difficult as the left button circled just doesn't want to slide. The right button is fine. I don't think it's my phone as I don't have issues when copying from other sites

    Sometimes on some Amazon submission the photos won't pull through automatically.

    On using the Amazon app and directly submiting a link from there to hukd the hukd overlays the Amazon app. So you have to load the item on a webpage and copy from there. Previously, it used to stand side by side and copy from there no issues

    Please allow other photo formats to be uploaded to the site. Downloaded photos sometimes do not upload and have to be edited into jpg

    Now option "Hide expired deals" is not working on app and website. New user profile view is terrible.
