    Hi Nav_A20 can you please clear the app cache, delete the app from your device, then download and install again from app store and then check to see if you are still having the same issuing.

    If you are still being logged out randomly, can you please share:

    • the make and model of your device;
    • the currently installed system version number (iOS or android version)
    • and please confirm that you have the latest version of the hotukdeals app installed.

    And please share any other relevant additional information or screenshots / videos that may help the team with replicating the issue. Thank you

    Hi the team have looked into this, and they think it could be linked to a permission that has been previously denied. They have shared the following advice, so could you please follow the steps below, and then let me know if the issue is still happening 
     

    Reinstalling the app does not prompt with a fresh request for this permission option again once it's already been denied.

    Change app permissions

    and/or

    Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

    • On your device, open the Settings app.
    • Tap Apps
    • Tap the app you want to change. If you can't find it, tap See all apps. ...
    • Tap Permissions. If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you'll find them here.

    Hi, thanks for getting back so quickly.
    I could find an option to clear cache in the app? I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still keep getting signed out.

    I’m using an apple iPhone SE 2020.
    iOS versions 17.4.1
    Latest version of the app is download.

    Btw I delete my hot deals account couple of weeks ago but then returned and have had this issue ever since.

    Hope you can get this sorted as I do check out the deals a couple of times a day at least. Thank you

    I have tried what you have suggested unfortunately it hasn’t helped. I even went as far as re set my iPhones privacy setting. I really do think this issue is from me deciding to delete my account and then logging back in again after a few weeks, I also forgot my password the other day and requested it but didn’t get no email reminders.
    Is it possible that my account is mid way through being deleted and me logging back on has caused some issue?
    How can i permanently delete this account and try setting up a new id? Thanks
