Notification tab bug on alerts opening

I don't seem to be able to go more than once on the Alert notifications unless I refresh the whole tab. First time works fine then nothing happens.

Using latest version on Android..

Hi if you have recently updated the app, could you please first clear the cache, uninstall it, and then reinstall it from the Play Store? After doing so, please check if the issue persists.

If you are still encountering the same issue after reinstalling the app, could you please share the make and model of your device? Additionally, could you upload some further images or a video in the thread comments to illustrate the issue you are currently experiencing with alert notifications? Also, could you confirm if this issue began occurring only after you updated the app, and provide the installed app version?

tried all of that but issue is still there. I have a screen capture showing this issue but doesn't let me upload videos here.. What's the best way to send it over?
App version is 7.02.01

Most of the main video formats should be supported in comments, but it would be fine to share an link uploaded via an image host too - whichever service you prefer. You can drop me a link in a DM too if you would prefer to share a hosted link that way
