I know. They currently want £15 for a one off update or £25 for a years worth. No lifetime updates available.
I wish I chose TomTom now.
You must logout first, apply codes and then login to finish the process.

I did not pay for map update but for a single update including these discount codes brings to just over £18
Paid for 1 year speed camera update for £3.99, eager to see if it shows as lifetime (cheeky..)

Update Switched off sat nav, reconnected with MyDrive Connect and it now shows Speed Camera updated exp 28/05/2019 RESULT! Thanks OP (edited)
Why wouldn't they? Their software sucks but it is created specifically for navigation. We still have basic brick phones in 2017.
Also I'd rather have my satnav wear its' battery out than my phone sat on the dashboard/windscreen for a few hours causing battery degradation due to the summer heat heating my phone up. (edited)

Waze is terrible compared to TomTom. Routing is horrendous and traffic is no where near as good as TOMTOM. Ran my go 50 alongside waze on my headunit via android auto and the difference is night and day. It would be fine to use in an emergency but not really up to scratch compared to the Traffic and re routing capabilities of the TOMTOM. The speed camera alerts are also better. I can also specify the size of vehicles when planning routes on the PC and get them sent to my TOMTOM, very useful for towing caravans and no chance of being sent down dirt roads or narrow streets that waze and google maps like to do.

Make sure you are selecting the 1.5 years and use the WELCOMEPL2017 code first then press on the basket icon again and it will let you enter the second code
It’s all gone sideways for me lol!
UPDATE: now it is, showing expiry of 2020, which is my 2.5 years!
