I just called and waited in a queue for almost half an hour to be told it’s out of stock and they can’t reschedule for when it's back in.
I agree with the post above. Sainsbury's deals should be voted cold. Sainsbury’s' model of treating all products as groceries means that they don't provide accurate stock levels, just a "we'll send what we have" approach, which means they can offer anything at any price, so long as you order >£40 of goods to justify the delivery. I'd already been told in-store that they'd been instructed to take this and LA Noir off the shelves and return all copies, which is suspect. I appreciate that some people managed to get copies before they took them off the shelves, but they're still available to add to basket now, despite being out of stock. I suppose you could play them at their own hame, and order 5 copies of this and a tub of ice cream, so they have to deliver ice cream to your door for the princely sum of a quid!

I actually changed my order to 3 x la noire and 2 x ninja go (to get free collection) but just got the call that none of it is in stock despite it letting me book and pay. Sainsbury's are a joke but at least I should get another £10 voucher.
