This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Currently it is possible to get 12 Months Game Pass Ultimate (Game Pass + Xbox Live Combined) for under £32/Yr.
Heres how I achieved it:
1) Take advantage of the Xbox dashboard advert and get 3 Months Xbox Gold for £6.99.
2) Cancel your gold subscription via the Microsoft website, and go into the Gold section on your Xbox and click extend to receive another 3 months Gold for £6.99.
3) Repeat Step 1 & 2 Once more.
4) Redeem the 3 Months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for £10.99 Offer via the Xbox dashboard. This will automatically convert your 9 Months Xbox Gold (and any you already had) into Xbox Game Pass ultimate and add an additional 3 months combined service.
If you followed the steps above correctly, you should have Game Pass ultimate for 12 Months for under £35. No tricks here or VPN’s, just simply taking advantage of promotions.
You can of course stack the Xbox gold offer up to 36 months (for £84) if you wish and upgrade the whole lot to Game Pass ultimate for £10.99.

3 months of Gold = 50 days of Ultimate (1+ month)
6 months of Gold = 79 days of Ultimate (2+ months)

If you purchase a new Xbox gold membership, then game pass ultimate you’ll get it into a 1:1 ratio. If you have game pass ultimate already and redeem a gold code it’ll convert into the lower ratio.
Yeah that’s correct, you’ll get a message saying you can get a refund immediately or cancel at the end of your term, click cancel at the end of term or instead just disable auto renew.
You get points everyday for just doing bing searches on PC and your phone or tablet, you can get 150 daily no problem this way, that works out alone at 4000 points a month, then all you need is 1850 more to claim a £5 xbox voucher, and you get that via do the xbox achievemnets quests over the month, plus over the month you get extra points and streaks for even more points.....fire up the rewards app on the xbox and see what points and games you that can get you points.

You can usally Find it in the first set of panels ‘Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - A Great Deal awaits’, but you should also be able to get it manually via the Microsoft storeon your Xbox.
If you redeem gold first, you can then redeem buy ultimate and it’ll convert the existing gold at a 1:1 ratio and add the period of the game pass into a game pass ultimate bundle. Afterwards additional gold will be redeemed at approx 20 Days ultimate Per Month Of gold or 8 Months Ultimate for 12 Months gold Etc.

So this is only good value if your gold subs have or are about to expire? I've still got 6 months to run on my gold subs so if I extend and cancel as you say I'd be cancelling 9 months (including the 6 I've already paid for)? Am I right? (edited)
As per the title, it may be account specific
It should automatically convert the 6 months when you purchase ultimate.
I'm not sure about on the website but when I did it on console a message popped up explaining it before you confirm the purchase.
