The educational content we’ve curated lets players explore the International Space Station though a partnership with NASA, learn to code with a robot, visit famous Washington D.C. landmarks, find and build 3D fractals, learn what it’s like to be a marine biologist, and so much more. This is launching for free download today and will be available through June 30, 2020.
The content is available via Minecraft through the Marketplace.

Can't see it on mine, just yet. Minecraft.net states it will be live today.
Go into Minecraft and click on the marketplace.
Inside there should be a section called education and you can download those options. I'm using knowledge from the Android, Windows 10 and Xbox edition but I assume it's the same on IOS.

I have it on my Windows 10 but it hasn't updated on my Xbox yet..... give it a little time it will get there eventually.

Sorry, but yes, on the PC it has to be the "Bedrock" Windows 10 edition, not the Java version, to access the marketplace. I'm not sure if it is still true, but it used to be the case that you could get a code for the Windows 10 edition for free from the official website if you owned the Java version. If you have a Mac or Linux I don't think you can get the Bedrock version. The bedrock version however is on iOS, Android, Switch, XBOX One and PS4.

There will be a educational category added and the content will be in there.
From the info I see on Twitter it's not available anywhere yet. For the PS4 you need to the bedrock edition.
Is there not only one version available on ps4 anyway? Is it the relevant one.
I believe Bedrock only came out on PS4 in the last couple of months.
The Xbox had two versions but phased the first one out for the Bedrock Edition. I believe the same is happening with PS4 now. The idea is that every device can play the same edition, crossplay as well.
