sorted byI would personally say Super Mario Bros U Deluxe. Upto 4 people can get involved, you can help your child out with the second player and game is less punishing than Odyssey.
Odyssey
Currys did it for £31.99 the other week (when they had the £5 off code)
Closer to £72
They all look to be cartridges mate. Just double check the specific game but unless stated otherwise its a cartridge.
Odyssey, honestly if you want a 2d platformer I'd recommend Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze instead. I find the level design of Mario U a bit dull.
My 5 yo loves Odyssey, yours will have no probs with it
That was one I had in my basket when it wouldn't go through! Shame!
I'm getting a switch at Christmas and wondering whether to bite here. If I got the above they come out to about £39 each. Do you guys think that would be the best price for those games for a while?
If say Odyssey but you'll still probably need to help now and again.
I got it for 31:99 t'other week when the £5 off voucher was still working.
Example being Breath of the Wild and Super Smash Bros were £47.99 and then dropped to £42.99. Buying both and using the code cost me £78.28!
Good deal for these games as they have held their value! They're selling preowned on eBay for £35-£40 so this is great.
Literally got the exact same! And agreed these are great prices for these first party games.
I hope so just bought exactly the same
YES for 33 each that's a great price!
Not on this deal but Kirby All Stars and Yoshi's Crafted World would both be very suitable!
Animal Crossing New Horizons
Mario Odyssey
Overcooked for multiplayer fun
Super Mario Party for multiplayer
Mario Kart
Minecraft
Lego City
Agree but I guess, on the bright side, if Nintendo games don't depreciate you can sell the game a year later and basically break even. Sell a playstation game after a year and your losing 75% easy
No, it's via Complete savings. It's a cashback site similar to Quidco but pays out much more
You get a free month trial, then £15 a month but you get that back with any qualified purchase as £15 monthly bonus. Cashback is minimum of 10% upto 20% sometimes. It's paid very quickly and you also get access to cheap discounted gift and e-gift cards. Some with 20% off.
We use it really only at Christmas time each year, September/october time.
We signed up this year beginning of october, use Trainline, purchase cheap ticket (£1.30) use link from checkout to sign-up and get a welcome bonus of £16.57. You also get invite to join another members only club. Sign up to this. Once signed up wait till next day, purchase another cheap ticket and submit claim for welcome bonuses from both clubs plus current monthly bonus, so first batch of claims are £16.57+£15+£15. £46.57 and with outlay of 2.60 for 2 separate train tickets.
Now you can earn upto £250 in a month in cashback plus 1 monthly redemption for 20% off maximum £100 gift card plus unlimited smaller discounts across multitude of gift cards.
If you want you can purchase £100 of One4All gift cards for £80 (1 per month per account)(setup multiple accounts if more than 1 Debit/Credit card) then convert these to Microsoft gift cards via their website to redeem on your Microsoft account. You could Use 2 accounts and purchase twice over few months or longer on one account, but £450 over few months saves £90 on an Xbox Series X by that time probably have some in stock
Since October we got initial £46.57, then a purchased switch via eBay for £271 2 weeks ago and received £27 cashback(already paid via bacs) Few other smaller eBay purchases for 10% cashback, £6.70 from this order. Already had just over £100 cashback paid into our account in a month plus took advantage of £200 gift vouchers for £160.
In all honesty Quidco and TCB are in comparison (edited)
Possibly the finest game I have ever played, along with Zelda Ocarina of Time.
For two years we played this game every Saturday morning with my two boys, 5 and 10, and made some everlasting memories.
I proceeded to checkout and applied the code mentioned by the op. Took note of how much payment was then needed. Went to the blue light site and purchased a Currys gift card for the amount required (you only pay 93.5%). Go back to the Currys checkout and pay using the gift card details. Hope this helps
Just picked myself up Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 and Smash Ultimate for £134.10 with the 6.5% discount on gift cards from BLC and hopefully TCB Cashback! What a way to start off my Nintendo Switch Journey EH? I really did choose the perfect time to finally buy a switch. (edited)
