Sorry to hear you’ve lost your job. They do cheap meal bags too maybe you could pick one of those up. If you are local to Doncaster I’d be happy to add some essentials to my shop for you.

Think of all the starving people in the world....

    Think of the Rudolph...

The carrots that Morrisons will be handing out for kids to leave for Santa's reindeers, wouldn't solve the issue of people in the world that are starving.

Maybe the free carrots will make a child happy. Leaving them out for reindeer. Just remember some kids won't be getting presants.
    A good gesture from Morrisons.

Would hope that most parents have sense to stick them back in the fridge for the Christmas dinner afterwards, can't see there being much food waste.

During the lockdown in March we made carrot wine using reduced Morrison’s wonky carrots. It’s still maturing in bottles under the stairs so I can’t comment on what it’s like but could be a good use if you can convince the staff Rudolf needs 2kg of carrots!

Don't forget, we are dealing with MAGIC FLYING reindeer. One would assume their biology is a little different to your average ground based reindeer, which is hardly likely to walking around the streets of Peckham late on xmas eve, on the off chance that some kid, who has been lied to by his parents, has stuck a couple of carrots on the doorstep.
