sorted byDon’t preorder, wait for the bug fixes, server balancing, launch bs.... and then enjoy the game 3 months later at a discount
Agreed. Not only are games broken but the price usually goes down a wee bit in the first week. My resident evil 8 cost £48. On release tesco cost £40. At least Resi isn't broken though!
the biggest joke was - 20 Weekly Items with Airlift, each weapon is 5 pieces of skin so for double the price of a standard edition we get 4 yes FOUR weapon skins
I believe many promises were broken.
Battlefield 4 release was appalling. I remember it being bad for over a month, notably it kept resetting your campaign progress.
Come to think 9f it, I don't think I ever did get round to completing the campaign...
This statement stopped me from preordering because it's true, considering they are doing 128 players...
There will be bugs.
It's EA so I think you can answer yourself
What happened to Battlefield V Delux Edition ?
And that's why they added bots.
Mah man, you forgot "specialists"!.. I wander if there was a game that had those... hmm... I really can't understand all hype and likes of trailer video. Angry Joes team kind of did a good review about it (edited)
They were game-breaking in BF1 but I believe slightly better in BFV.
But what a game think I had about 8000 hours into it BF4 was the poo poo
If you're expecting to get your money's worth out of a campaign in a Battlefield game you're gunna have a bad time.
I'm glad they aren't including a singleplayer, means they can focus more on what Battlefield is all about, the multiplayer. (edited)
you dont get it...they ask you £70 for mp only game and still expect to pay for battle/season pass every year...no shot I am stupid enough to do it
If it's anything like CoD, the battle pass system will be optional?
Imho still not worth £70 for few maps mp only BF game...
Some games are worth the time but spending 333 days and change on bf4 is utter madness.
For a 7 year old game? I bet there are people who have spent years on minecraft, WOW, dota2 etc
My point was stop being a Karen looking for the negatives for what was a truly epic experience
Give over.
The problems with 4 are well documented. Now BF3, that was a truly epic experience but 4 couldn't hold a candle to it.
Those two that you listed, although having expansion packs, do not have any successors unlike the multiple new released from battlefield.
Csgo, TF2, Rust... I'd absolutely accept that amount of hours played as I've seen it but BF4? Please.
This is a deal breaker for me £70 for a game with only a multiplayer option so no single player, yes I get that it means they can focus on getting the multiplayer right but will it be sorted come launch or will it be broken and need so many updates to fix it. I'll be waiting for it to drop to about £20. (edited)
Yes pretty I can lol.
I think they will go with f2p 9-12 months later if they plan to sustain it for few years.
