sorted byLian Li + Lian Li AIO + 11600KF + Z590 Motherboard + 1TB NVME 16gb 3200mhz + RTX3070 - 1524
Really nice head turner, vision by gigabyte. u love it or hate the looks its abit of a marmite machine, lot of cosmetics going on but really good value.
Corsair 4000D + Corsair AIO + 5600x + B550 Apro + 1TB + 32gb 3600mhz + 6700xt + wifi/bluetooth + rm750 = £1394
so taking last nights £1134 deal and cracking up the ram to 32gb 3600mhz rgb, bangin in the nice wifi/bluetooth,
and also banging the case up and the aio into the mix, this one is the perfect flipper, the 6700xt is a cut back in performance over the RTX3070 which taking into the count the cut back on price really stands out to do so, and alot of people are flipping this one into the RTX3070ti when they can get hold of a FE model and for not much more in cost then their own personal resale value of the 6700xt
then u got this one here: hotukdeals.com/dea…220
im also just about to post a nice punch one to, so ill go in more detail soon on this one.
ive banged in the aio in to the top 2 ones but that can be cut down, but these 3 by awd are certainly the ones to look into, let me know what takes ur pick and come back and we can talk more.
so take a look at these, and come back to me with what u got atm and see what we can do with the one u got as well.
ive just sent u a hi message via inbox (ignore) i was seeing if we spoke before on chat lol
- we aint, so much of been on the forum. let me know what u got.
just gonna look over this punch one which has certainly caught my attention. (edited)
You can download windows 10 setup from the Microsoft website and then buy a windows Key from ebay for a few quid.
I had a dig around and its 200 x 412 x 396 mm WxHxD

Your going to loose "some" performance in some cases if we are comparing 5600G VS 5600x with a 3060Ti.
lower GPU's ur not as much as new cards and the higher the reso the loss is less even at ^..
obvious things like that then get the "elite moaners" really moaning.
but tbh an itch gets them going.
but what is the alternative?
1) stand alone prebuilt with no GPU with a X will cost more then this "does not matter what retail says on the chips for price".
2) adding a used GPU adds even more greater upfront cost (sale value return is open, what u pay. 5 months hardly any losses as a prediction. but when the market falls it will fall. but when. it will happen sometime.
3) looking for a 5600x + like for like performance as the vega in the 5600G "there so expensive".
the alt: build a 5600X +GT1030. nice idea for self builders this.
palicomp does have : 3500x / 1650 windows at £600
which certain has headroom for boost laters too, but again the higher the gpu u boost on that one the same gpu boost jumped on the 5600G will be alot better. but upfront the 1650 will dominate this.
so one needs to look at whats important now and then laters too. (edited)
Here's the cheapest I could find:
CPU - £230 - Ebuyer (preorder)
RAM - £65 - Amazon
PSU - £45 - Scan (today only deal, factory refurb)
Case - £30 (couldn't find it, let's assume your price)
SSD - £39 - Amazon
WiFi - £0 (this doesn't come with WiFi)
Mobo - £77 - Scan
Total £486
Difference of £35 to the £521 price in this deal. So that's £35 for build costs, any warranty (not sure what they give), everything coming together, not having to wait for stock.
Imo it's a great price for people not looking to self-build. There are many reasons why somebody might not want to.
It also gets better value as you go for the upgrades (1tb nvme in particular).
Hot from me. I just wish you could upgrade the case!
Been created for the likes of a 3060Ti.
that was my intention of the psu/board spec pitch.
he will prob be able to find you some upgrades to make the older one better unless your after a whole new build.
what ever the case great deal and heat.
can plop in a GPU at a later date
If you have a pc all ready from this year I'd would definitely look in to upgrading the one you have. On less you need 2 computers.
Very good set up (non windows price)
but obvious one needs to understand what a vega 5600G is. and if that matches ur specs this one is fab for the user who plans to tinker with adding a gpu laters.
the original deal only had A520 and a 500W PSU.
now we have got B550 / CX650 psu at £15 each upgrade.
the base unit was a lovely machine these two extras and then picking the 3600mhz low CL rating ram would really improve things.
took me 14 weeks since august
to finally get the suggestive idea across that this build would be so much better with b550 and a better PSU for upgraders.. (edited)
I'm a (very) casual gamer and stick to Minecraft or old games like Starwars Battlefront 2 so the 5600G will be fine for my needs - most of my use these days is photo touch up and video editing so dont really need a dedicated GPU (but if prices come down next year I can always upgrade)..
Went for your recommended spec with the following tweaks:-
Corsair 32GB Vengeance (2x16GB) 3600Mhz DDR4
Western Digital SN550 1TB NVME M.2 SSD - Read 2400MB/s , Write 1950MB/s
Seagate 4TB Barracuda Drive
Gigabyte 2400MBps Internal Wifi 6 + Bluetooth Card
Asus TUF K1 Keyboard and M3 Mouse (Christmas pressie for my boy)
No OS
£746.88 delivered.
Cheers

1 week order atm. so good time for xmas.
when blackfriday hits (and lot of people get past the stage of.... ill wait just in case and then oh b's wish i got that from the other week and ill settle for something else now) then things will go mad in terms of sales.
obvious something will come on blk friday, but will be what u seek and ur budget range? (cos if its not its gonna be someone elses budget n desire it will hit).
dont have the exact size but its an matx case
so its going to be about 195mm width, by 395mm height and 395mm length,
im not going to be far off from that. (edited)
perfect, i wasnt to far off lol
best calling Monday, prob pick up emails on Monday too.
If you managed a self build when windows xp was first launched I think you will find it easier now to do a self build. I can remember building my first system in the windows 95 days - pentium 2 350 system and every single piece of hardware needed the correct drivers installed and getting the system stable was a right pain.
These days with the advances in hardware, operating systems, and information from the internet and YouTube I feel anybody could build a system if they have the spare time.
That being said, I myself would probably go for a deal like this as I don't have the time these days and these pre build systems are good value. (edited)
bang on man. board is up/down in the valuable figure.
but the key notes to my prebuilts is to help folks from this caos:
ebuyer.com/128…008
ebuyer.com/128…211
box.co.uk/Cub…175
scan.co.uk/pro…nfo
scan.co.uk/pro…nfo
and hundreds more.
Just read comments, ignore me
Oh and I don’t think the LEDs can be turned off (or if they can I’ve not found a way yet ) (edited)
Should go into the top one and the GPU one down mate, if u were sent the matx A pro?
should be two lanes, top one small and one under it long for the gpu.
if u were sent the correct board its good as the small one the wifi can go in is at the top.
usual idiotic matx mb designs are big lane at the top and then have a smaller just under it and when u got a fat card.. well..
Windows £84.99 plus WiFi at around £15 (edited)
Think 3600+1070
but there might be a slight bonus in performance due to the innovation of the new CPU.
5600X and including the underdog 5600G offers vast improvments over 1080 Gaming then the older 3600 Ryzen with the new generation of cards, and "some" improvements over older cards, but usual not really worth cpu upgrading alone but people do for the intention of going for a higher card laters, if u have a respective card and ur not greedy then waiting it out is a postive vibe around the net to do so.
but u have a card so going 5600G and not 5600X would be pointless.
id looking into a system with a card such as <this> and then id look into selling the 1070 or selling the 6700xt for good returns (500s) and then u got a nice system all done, or id call up and ask for the how much with out( which on the default 6600xt which is £99 cheaper then the 6700xt its -360) (prob get 400 on the used market for the 6600xt though) or any deal ive done call up and get one with out a GPU can be obtained,
if ur happy to build, u can make a nice system with so decent offers, its black friday and we got some really nice ram/cases / psu on offer, and then u can obtain a combo deal from the likes of AWD for the motherboard+cpu on offers,
ccl also has 30% WD 500GB nvme if u bought with a motherboard / ram atm too. so a nice saving there to be had.
This would be a great system to drop a 3060ti into right? (not that I have one but I'm on the hunt). Planning to do low end gaming with the igpu until then (edited)
Quick question… what are the pro and cons of adding a GPU laters to a vega system? Any conflicts?
as I am def going to upgrade gpu in April should I get an X chip and lower gpu now rather than the vega system.
cheers
good video to watch mate:
best give them an email at CS@AWD-IT.co.uk over that one, im not in connection with them at all.
-> u on discord as they do have a link and they do have 2 chaps which manage that who could look in to it.
Will do thankyou do they run emails over the weekend or am I best giving them a call on Monday? And yes I am on discord (edited)
That’s sound advice mate thanks… I think what’s important for me is the boost later.. not fussed on the gpu performance now so much…so vega will do.
would love to do a self build but last pc I built windows xp had just come out! so I’ve prob not got the skills for today’s components!
Going to order one later not going to wait for the Black Friday con. Lol
cpu £200
ram £55
psu £50
Case £30
ssd £40
wifi £20
mboard £60
These companies get the parts a lot cheaper as well.
At this price point new and pre owned is the best option.
you can pick up ram for under £55 if you go for a solid dd4 3200 kit which would have no problem hitting 3600 some kits are around £56 for 3600
mboard b450 gaming pro carbon £70 this includes wifi/bluetooth for £70.
Lots of cases about it depends on what a person wants they can start at £20 but the ones with some lights tend to start at £30-35.
Regarding warranty building is far better each part will have its own most pc parts will have 2-3 year warranty if not longer.
If you cant build ask some one if they want to charge I would rather pay the extra to that person then these companies.
This price point people are better of as i said before mixing pre owned with new so they have a solid base I have seen 3900x selling for £220 i would take that over the 5600g any day only downside is no gpu
At this stage i would take a ryzen 3600 pre owned for around £120 and a gtx 970 £120-160 that will be far better system for less money the 5600g gpu is good cpu wise but still weak gpu wise.
I completely agree, whilst you could shop around and buy second hand or different/cheaper parts and maybe save another £15 pound the cost for the ease and convenience is very reasonable, for these parts and this spec £35 is a very reasonable premium.
For me, I want something I can stick windows on and go, and then put a GPU in in a couple of years time when my lad is older and will want to play games that need a bit more oomph.
Also agree on the case!
