Great screen
Storage and ram top notch
Decent midrange chip
Android 11 update and according to a few sites it will get android 12 in 2022 .
O-led Screen is great for price point .
Phone didn’t get reviewed great due to its insane £699 price tag .
You review the phone now at sub £250 and it’s probably one of the best deals of 2021 (edited)
"Oppo Reno 5G will not receive Android 11, but it will keep receive the security updates as planned."
Although they told me yesterday OPPO Reno4 Pro 5G would not receive android 11 either which is untrue as some users have already got it.
Was going to order from amazon but forgot OPPO did refer a friend discount so ordered directly from OPPO
Thanks Mr switch ,went for the OPPO Reno4 PRO for a bit of ultra fast charging action.
TCB has tracked at £18.70 and used referral link so hopefully £205.30 final cost.
Only extra i bagged was the £5 for official case which i thought was reasonable.
Not expecting cashback though, if it pays out, it pays out,BONUS. (edited)
Great price, i am hoping my TCB tracking at almost £19 might actually pay out as i did not use any code. The extra fiver off or is it 5% was not available when i ordered. My one coming in morning
X3 Lite?
If yes, then no, mi 10 is better
Cheers fancy a change an will wait for mi11
Need the neo or pro to be in the same league

Interesting that you mention that, it's actually to replace an original X3 NFC! It's for my best friend for Christmas, her X3 is giving her software woes (typical MIUI I suppose) do you know if Oppo's color OS is more stable? Shame about the headphone jack
Probably not mate
Just depends on the price you got it for . £300 stick with the M52 .
But If you paid £340plus , the Reno 4 pro 5g better deal at £100 less .
paid £237 from a deal on here the other day
Great deal then buddy
Battery life I find pretty reasonable, not the best but once it settled it's been dropping between 8-9% in an hour of screen use (AccuBattery reckons 8.6%). Only thing is that 5G seems to use up battery on other phones, so not sure if that'd the same here. Definitely on the bigger/heavier side, must be over 200g, feels comfortable though.
Refer yourself and use 15 off on both accounts. I've just bought and paid

Did you tick the option to receive promotion emails?
Same phone, economy delivery 3-5 day, confirmation from laptops outlet.
Go to oppo store, log in with email you referred to, add phone to basket and check if it takes 15 off.
Don't forgot to go through tcb, chances are slim, but mine tracked at over £9. (edited)
Go to the UK site and scroll down a little, there's a big banner...

Also none of MrSwitch's codes working for me, but OPPOBF5 is working.
It was a bit hit and miss for me, but worked in the end. I initially clicked the referral link and then created my account. But nothing showed up in the basket as a discount. I had to re-click the referral link to take me back to the store and the item I had in the basket remained there. I then clicked refresh basket and the referral discount appeared. Hope this helps.
Same deal for me. Incredible price for the specs on this phone. (edited)
Not really bud
On Amazon for £239.
But cashback is never guaranteed, so I would choose Amazon with this one.
Course not, but still cheaper if it pays, hence the post, people may actually try getting a few quid back instead of just choosing amazon.
I know. I bought it there but some may prefer the Oppo store direct. Both good deals.
That vs the X3 Pro (poco) I'd choose the reno I reckon
Thanks
How do you find battery life? I have the Reno 2 and love it apart from battery life
855 Chipset on 5G model at this price is tempting although it is a tad bigger than the Reno 2.
