About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Buy a DryRobe Advanced & receive a FREE Towelling Change Robe (worth £50) Free.
I added one of each to basket & it automatically gave me the Change Robe for £0
These are hardly ever discounted so this is a real good deal esp. at this time of year

I know, i have done a couple of events recently and lots of 'fashionable' people wearing them due to a slight wind and or drizzle, i love it in my years old training gear! reminds me of a phrase 'all the gear and no idea!
And watersports in general. Windsurfers/kite surfers etc will still be at the beach when it's cold/miserable as sometimes that makes for great sporting conditions.
As a fellow hiker, I'm glad I'm not the only one missing the point of this lol.
To be fair it's mainly middle aged women wearing them at our beach. In my day it was still an old beach towel no matter what time of year.
Aye, gotta agree, for £150 I’d rather do the beach towel shuffle
Do agree there is a hefty price tag attached
Sneering at someone else's newer equipment
Yes, it's a changing robe but why just use it for changing? I've got some swimming shorts that I occasionally go cycling in
Yes, outdoor swimming all year has become more popular, but its always been popular around my way, along with surfing, which I do and I remember first seeing these 10 years ago or so and thinking they were a nice update on my grandma's homemade toweling robe with elastic around the neck.
In any sport /hobby there's always snobbery and anti-snobbery regarding different gear (as in the wetsuit /no wetsuit with outdoor swimming). If you can afford it and find it useful, great - if you're old school and use just a normal towel, fine. (edited)
Paid £85 for my genuine one last year ! Great for open sea swimming especially this time of year
The deal is (was) that there was a free dryrobe towelling changing poncho included (usually retails at £40-50). People seem to be judging the item itself rather than the *deal*: dryrobe deals are few and far between, so in that sense this is a decent deal...if you want a *dryrobe* specifically.
That's an excellent price - would love to know where you bought it? (edited)
It was from Amazon before all this crazy covid ! If I remember rightly it was open package or something. But 100% new and genuine
Ha ha agreed
If you want to dry off and get dressed in a public place.
Yep see them all the time at the beach.Proper rip off price though.
But it is kind of a trend for most. Not long ago the only time I seen people in the sea in winter was the new year dook.
Absolutely. The entire use case is redundant. If you're in the outdoors, you would be expected to have a good shell. So all you need is a robe underneath? But then I'd question the entire thing.
All the gear and deffo no idea
Sorry but unless you cycle in full lycra we cant talk
use mine regulary actually and love it. Try doing an OCR race and then getting changed in the freezing cold without one and you will see the reason to buy one
There again, I never go swimming. (edited)
Osprey do one of equal quality for half the price, got mine recently for £64
Lucky you!
