Samsung buds2 serial number (c)

As like many of us on here I decided to purchase some Samsung Galaxy buds2 (for cash back) and have received them, I have opened 1 to take a picture of the serial (c) number on the Samsung wearable companion App (as that’s what Samsung requested) but can not see this number anywhere just the L + R serial numbers. Can anyone help? Or does this number not exist on the app

It should be on a white label on the box, there's a mass of info so it's easily missed. Mine had three barcodes, all the same.

Yea sorry should have put more info in the original post, I have found that one and posted it. Samsung have them asked for o photo of this when connected to a device but I can not find it

Ah gotcha, yeah I can only see the l and r serial numbers in the app, not sure what Samsung are on about, when I claimed I just sent a photo of all three serials from the box (which were the same). (edited)

The (c) serial no. is not on the app, only on the box despite what Samsung says.

Samsung is being an idiot. On one hand, they are encouraging people to buy up to 5 items but do they expect all of these to be fore personal use? Most will be gifts and no one likes to gift an open box, or receive one. If they insist I open the boxes, I am going to return every one of them and then let them deal with the backlash from their retailers.
