It is. Once you are all set up & they know you are not a scammer it is:

"2. Funds availability
Regardless of how the buyer pays, payouts are initiated within 2 working days of order confirmation. Once a payout is initiated, funds will be available in your bank account per normal bank processing times, typically within 0-4 working days."

I think it basically comes down to when Ebay actually have cleared funds from the buyer you get paid the following day.

Seems to be a trust factor sort of thing, they had similar even with PayPal payments previously.

For me at this point, I get an email usually on the 2nd working day after buyer paid saying it'll be paid in, and it'll be in by the end of the day.

Usually next day now, was 2 or 3 days but they have sped things up

About 2nd-3rd day for me.

For me, say I sold an item on monday, the payment would clear on ebays side on tuesday and then weds they’d send the payment to my bank via faster payments

for the first time it maybe 30 days, it was for me.

Next sale was 2 days after receipt was verified by tracking information confirmed delivery

Now its within 48hrs of tracking information added

Mines next day
Even Sundays sometimes pending what time its sent Saturday
I know you can change the payout options to daily/weekly etc
A lot of the times who you bank with determines time

Lloyds took longer
Now switched to Halifax

About 2nd-3rd day for me.

Thanks. It's just that there seems to be a massive delay for me with verifying my bank account it seems

I seem to sell most stuff on a Friday and have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for the payout to hit my bank.

I think that depends on your bank, a few banks don't process payments over the weekend

Yes, payments are not paid out on weekends and bank holidays which is why some may have seemed delayed over the Christmas period.
