4 available currently at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh- Curious why these are so expensive?

Yeah me too. Bet they making huge profits on these. Getting them for few quids from sweat shops in asia.- B&Q is same as currys, their stores got stuff in their showrooms but whenever you ask for availability, it's always out of stock
- Looks like there's a few around, although not particularly close to me (Blackburn, Halifax and Crewe are my 3 closest with stock, all over 25miles away) . Good find anyway and a great buy for anyone close enough to a store with stock!

I was looking for this last time on offer but none locally other than saw …I was looking for this last time on offer but none locally other than saw one on display. Really bad quality. Ended up getting one off eBay with leg rest too, very happy, although paid a bit more.
any chance you can paste a link, please?- Got one of these, look ok, but not really comfortable or practical.
- Just sat in one of these and agree that the quality could be better, especially at this price. Still priced 180 but personally wouldn't buy even at 162.
- At 16 stone think i'd scramble this egg chair 🤭
- OOS! Yes! Wanted to so much to buy one but wife don't! This solves everything!!!! No Regret!
- I get to checkout and it's unavailable for home delivery even though screen before says it is. C+c also no go
- It's out of stock for both
- Some around South London too - Merton, Sutton etc
- Yep also seen it in store they look flimsy af, so make sure you hold onto the receipt.
- Available in Inverness
- OOS

- Only one showing
- reviews claim very poor quality
- Can't remember what was the quality but I have tried Aldi (returned) and B&M ones and found the B&Q one more comfortable as the back is more straight and therefore your head doesn't get pressed down (as with the other two)
- I had to fight for my egg chair, 2 Karen's and a Barbara iirc. They're ten a penny now. You should earn an egg chair.
- None in stock anywhere in West Yorkshire!

Curious why these are so expensive?
Increased Import and material costs post Covid which is fuelling inflation like what's going on with the economy I would suspect. Nothing around my end so no buy from me but voted hot for those who can get it.- JYSK had some (better looking ones) for £225 the last time I was in. Worth checking if you want one (and that price doesn't put you off). Otherwise I'm sure Aldi will get them again at some point soon, and given it took some time for them to all sell out there's probably a much better chance of getting an Aldi one the next time around.
- Loads in B&M Hatfield and much cheaper than this...
