Looks like it as none of the codes ( including "FREEDEL35" ) seems to be working.
I ordered yesterday and chose the 3-5 day option, thinking they wouldn’t ship quickly and they’ve already tried to deliver today. Shame I wasn’t in

My last order arrived today- took over a week to arrive so it’s definitely taking longer than normal (probs all the sale orders are delaying their normally fast delivery)
It's a best before. They will still taste fantastic when you get them.
It's the age old story of a company cutting costs / increasing profits through increasing the ratio of cheaper ingredients in their recipes. Many of the chocolates taste waxy and sugary, with less depth of flavour than they used to when Hotel Chocolat were in their early days.
