    Haven’t ordered a bed before now so not sure. The coats etc I have bought have always been very high quality so thinking it should be? Will let you know once it’s delivered, although not sure how long the sale is on!

    Do any of their coats not use velcro for the chest strap?
    I've always found it loses effectiveness over time as it collects dog hair.

    Only time I bought from them, I returned the items and still hadn't had a refund months later. They told me they hadn't received the items, until I showed them proof of postage with a tracking number and it miraculously turned up. I sent them a further email after they finally refunded me (minus postage) and they just ignored it. (edited)
