    I got this model from Amazon Warehouse a couple of years ago for ~£120. Use it every day, recommend it.

    Does anyone know where to buy the limescale tabs for this device. Think mine needs a service(?) one of the red LEDs is on indicating limescale I think

    Same, got mine for £160 from Warehouse. If anyone is looking out for a bargain, check Warehouse in the next few weeks as someone is bound to return one in perfect condition.

    You can get liquid descaler solution from Amazon, but make sure it's organic since that's what De'Longhi specify. Their own brand of descaler is hideously expensive and it needn't be.

    Very solid machine, if a bit noisy. Mine has been in regular use since at least 2013. I replaced the diffuser a few years back, but that wasn't expensive - probably unnecessary too, as I've since found details on how to service those.

    Yes, I have descaled mine several times and it never goes according to the instructions.
