Exceptional speed, control, and performance elevate TUF Gaming to the top level of Windows 10 gaming. The new Intel Core i5 processor and powerful GeForce RTX graphics saturate the cutting-edge 144Hz/3ms gaming panel that brings you to the next boundary of pro-sport speed.

Intelligent Cooling innovations such as liquid metal compounds on the CPU lift the bar for optimum output. Speed through work and play on a computer tailored to offer triple-digit frame rate. TUG Boost uses the leading GeForce RTX 3060 GPU for fast, fluid gameplay.

Immersive, side-burning speakers have put you in the thick of the action. Smart Amp Technology tracks audio quality and makes real-time changes to keep speakers within thermal and excursion limits, minimising damage to the cones. The resulting sound has less noise distortion, greater dynamic range, lower output and slightly higher potential output.

Nothing wrong with this laptop. It very light, slim and good-looking laptop. Yes, this might be not for heavy gaming, but perfectly suited for my task with occasional gaming. Have Legion 5 as well, that is for sure more powerful but simply bulkier.

It was widely considered one of the worst 30-series laptops when it launched, ASUS rushed it out to be first which is why it had Tiger Lake H35 CPUs (all quad core) and heavily power throttled GPUs. If you want a slim and light gaming laptop then maybe there’s a case for it but this is still overpriced.

I've had an fx505 for 2 years and I've been very happy with it. I would happily buy from the same range again

This is one of the slowest 3060 laptops around. It’s slim and light with a metal lid but the GPU is heavily power throttled and the quad core CPU is limiting when you can’t upgrade it (quads are ok for now but some games can bottleneck). Also, no webcam. Price-wise, it’s not great value and there’s a reason it ‘appears’ to be cheap. Get a Legion or even IdeaPad Gaming.

I'd expect 16GB RAM at this price

Pretty decent in my opinion. Only 8GB of RAM is a bit disappointing, but on most laptops it is upgradeable (I haven't checked on this one). RTX 4000 series laptops were announced today for release next month, so I suspect we'll see lots of good deals on RTX 3000 series laptops over the next few weeks.

Good deals will never come out. Greedy laptop companies just want money

    Picture shows 240hz but it's 144hz :/

Yeah I noticed that. I'm guessing the description is correct when it states 144Hz.

Might be the best deal around for a 3060 laptop at the moment, though it's not lighting my fire. 8GB DDR4 feels outdated and the processor doesn't seem up to par (though I've not kept up with building PCs since 2016 so maybe this is actually great?).

Ram is very easy to upgrade and keeps the cost of this low. Processor is very decent too.

I bought a Lenovo laptop with only 8GB of RAM with the intention of upgrading to 16GB straight away but honestly I've had no issues at all gaming with 8GB!

Bought the FX506HEB-HN145W deal from Hughes last week for 649. Has the rtx 3050ti.
Upgraded the RAM to 16gb for 15 quid. Don't be put off by the RAM. (edited)

Where did you upgrade the RAM for £15?
