it's quite common for retailers to supply stock direct from the supplier and the price and services they offer on the website, should be the price and services supplied direct from the supplier. Just bought a Sony A95K Tv from Ask and it came direct from the Sony Warehouse in Wolverhampton. The retailer should sort everything out with the supplier, there is nothing you should have to do, but purchase it from them (edited)
I have a all gas cooker, how is the electric fitted ? do you need a heavy duty cable fitted ?
