Condition was very good, some scratches on the casing as one would expect of the age, keyboard was in very good condition, screen is great, too.
Battery health test shows about 80% of full capacity when new, which is not bad for 2017 model. I could get almost whole day's use out of it with email, web and word processing if I turn on battery saver and reduce screen brightness.
We use these to get clients to sign documents and forms digitally in person, type up instructions, outcome and reports then upload to our cloud CRM, not processor intensive and this is great for the purpose.
Even if you buy new and it does, why does it matter? Buy on value and tech .

I used Rufus v3.18 (which has options to patch the Win11 ISO to remove the installation restrictions) to create a bootable USB stick that installs simply. (edited)
