With trade in brings this down to £1599.20 - 75" 8K QLED with great peak brightness and mini led with 4 HDMI 2.1 Ports.

Seems like a good deal. Pretty sure this is the cheapest it's ever been.

  • Super-focused lights, epic blacks and a brilliantly intense picture
  • A new dimension of reality unfolds with 8K TV, featuring four times more detail than 4K
  • Spectacular detail with flawless colour, exceptional contrast and leading HDR brightness
  • A stunning ultra slim TV with no messy cables, so your only focus is the content you’re watching.
  • Built-in TV speakers work together to deliver virtual 3D surround sound with Dolby Atmos

It does mention a free soundbar but for some reason doesn't add it to the basket via Student Beans/Uniday. Order via Bluelight Card and then it adds the B530 Soundbar to the basket.

Eligible 5 year warranty, you need to register for this once you receive the TV.

This TV UI is some of the crappiest, unresponsive rubbish around. I sometimes have to wait 30-40 seconds for the home screen to appear just to switch inputs.

There hasn't been a software update for 6 months.

    Absolute garbage.

100% Agree, I have an Apple TV box now and I wouldn't ever use a built in OS for anything apart from gaming (as you need that HDMI 2.1 port)

I don't recommend Samsung under any circumstance tbh. Brutal QC issues and worse customer service than Chinese brands.

Just get a a slew of 65 OLEDs instead. Panasonic, Sony, Philips, LG have impeccable sets at this price.

As far as money is concerned, this deals looks pretty damn good compared to the price of the TV on it's own. £2000 at AO and £2600 at Curry's. Add in the soundbar at £200 for free, this is surely red hot?

Edit: AO shows as £1999 on Google search but clicking through is actually £2999. (edited)

What tv do you have to trade in? Get away with an old 32”? Lol

Anything, doesn't even have to turn on! I literally gave them an old monitor last time...

There seems to be a real problem with this TV and going into a reboot loop, would advise doing some investigation into this Tv before parting with your money.

100% Agree, Samsung are not known for their QC! I will say the software on most TV's is rubbish and loaded with Ads, I switched to an Apple TV box since it outputs HRD10+ and I've never looked back.

Ironically I had the QN700A and Samsung accepted a return and refunded me after 8 months because of an issue with the panel. Bought a S95B and has been great since.
