I have tried substances like this before, but found the better option to be blasting the area cleaning with the jet washer as normal, and then using a pressure spray bottle, spray a mix of bleach OR this stuff after the area has dried. This inhibits the growth better as you are not wasting the chemical by immediately washing it away.
I then go back over with the spray every few months.
The last time I did the passageway was almost 2 years ago, and I still have zero growth using this method. Aldi thick bleach is around £1 for 2 litres, and you can easily make 100 litres of solution.
Look at the chemical ingredients of bleach and stuff similar to Patio Magic, and you will find they are similar

I'll bear that in mind for our next of the paths and patio!

A few years ago, staying with mum during COVID times, one of us read that using cheap washing powder in between the cracks of the patio eradicated weeds. It did precisely nothing (except maybe give the patio a bit of a wash in the rain).

I've tried these types before with pretty much zero results. After a bit of research I grabbed some sodium hypochlorite from my local farm supplies storm, that stuff really works for cleaning a patio. I diluted 50 50 and it cleaned so fast, I'll dilute more next time.

"Powerful outdoor formula". Does that mean they do an indoor formula?

I'd 2nd the waste of money on this (including expensive patio magic). All these work OK on a light covering of green mould, but not much else. Maybe I have a particularly dirty patio area, but the ingrained mud needs washing off each year. Jet wash has been the only reliable answer each year. Definitely a PITA and takes about 4 hrs, but looks great after.

Sodium hypochlorite is the active ingredient in bleach; if you're trying to remove mould/black spots etc you need concentrated stuff - 15% active ingredient. Dilute 5:4 to water and spray on; plenty of youtube vids on it. If you can find a company locally you can collect from it should be about/just over £1/litre - buying online will cost for the delivery, but my opinion is that its worth it.

Just be extra careful with the stuff; it can burn your nose and lungs as well as skin so use protection!

Used this last year and whilst it was cheap the results weren’t great. I’ve paid the extra this year and gone back to Patio Magic.

If this works for you at this price it’s great value. (edited)

Maybe I should try Patio Magic! Will see how we get on (I always end up soaked when I use a pressure washer)

It's different stuff - it mentions decking. I do (like for like) price comparisons when I post (or try to). therange.co.uk/gar…er/

Makes you wonder what the differences are! B&M has the 2.5L for £3.49 and 5L at £5.49. bmstores.co.uk/sea…ner

Don’t waste your money on these products just use a jet wash works every time

then do it again next year, and again and again. and if ur not using a £500 machine (Karcher K7), it could take all weekend or longer to do this.

the idea would be this inhibits growth so if u do have to clean it the next year there would be a lot less work to do. Not saying this particular product works, but thats the idea behind it

Used this and patio magic to no avail.

Last year did jet wash with rotary head which was ace.

This year, I mixed some basic Tesco bleach with hot water and brushed it in. 2 weeks later and looks noticeably cleaner. I will still need to jet wash (as didn’t quite remove all the dirt) but I wouldn’t bother with any other chemical cleaner than bleach.
