I was looking to pick this keyboard up after watching some Youtube reviews and noticed there's a cashback promotion running till the 14th May 2023.

For the Azoth, you can get £44 cashback by following these steps:
1) Buy an eligible product between 6th March 2023 and 14th May 2023.2) Redeem your cashback by registering required information and uploading your invoice between 20th March 2023 and 28th May 2023.3) After a short check, we will transfer the cashback to your bank account.

There's other items on there too but I was keen on the keyboard and it was a nice surprise

What's the tech for this being so expensive? Anything new

Never seen this before. Having a look at it seems like they're using some custom switches.

Is that a LCD screen on the top right?

Well over my price range for a keyboard.

Thought the Razers I got before for just over £100 was expensive

Yup! You can put animations on it but I was thinking of using it for systems stats

You might as well go for the Glorious Model, I bought one and love it, you only need to buy the switches and key-caps through.

Im quite new to the DIY scene of keybaord building. Can I ask what switches/key caps you bought with this?... Understandibly it's probs person preference at this stage but looking to get a decent build with a balance for gaming and typing for work.

And I remember a day when a £70 mechanical keyboard would be considered premium
The trend around fancy keyboards seems to be artificially inflating prices to no end
I bet this same thing could be made for less than £100 if ASUS wanted to
