    It won't charge your laptop at all, as it's not a PD compatible charger - it's their own standard. The easiest way to tell is that any laptop charger needs a USB-C to USB-C cable, this is USB-A to USB-C

    The oppo 65w charger is a really good offer on Amazon. If you have an oppo phone that can do 65 watts you should definitely buy the oppo supervooc charger but if you have a Xiaomi phone that can do 67w then you should consider this one as it's a pretty good price. Most smartphone companies use proprietary charging technology so the oppo 65w wouldn't charge your xiaomi phone at 65w and visa versa.
