    Are these any good?

Bought mine one month ago when price was similar. Used yesterday for first time, loved it. Plenty powerful enough for cleaning car (i used straight out of bucket). The filter on hose and clip to hold to side of bucket works well and keeps suction submerged. I havent tried using main pressure feed but dont see any need to. Love not having an extension lead and hosepipes trailing up my driveway.
I'd highly recommend. I am a big fan of the Worx battery system so that also weighs heavily on my recommendation. Hope this helps

How much are the batteries for this?

I know it's not the best tool for it, but is it powerful enough to clean patio slabs?
    ifeeltheheat's avatar
Basic cleaning, yes. It will leave you desiring more power.

Can you connect a hose from a garden tap instead for better power?
    simon.thorn's avatar
Yes, you can connect a garden hose or use the supplied hose with an 'open' source (e.g. bucket, river etc.). You can also attach a plastic bottle with the right adapter (not sure if it's supplied with the bare tool version here).

Is it 18V or 20V? Description conflicts with title.
    simon.thorn's avatar
The compatible battery is labelled as 20V but variously referred to as 18V or 20V referring to either the nominal or maximum voltage - they're the same item in this case.

I know this says out of stock, but does it filter the water as if you use a bucket of water, and there is grit in the water then that might be a problem?
    simon.thorn's avatar
Yes, the supplied hose has a filter on the end so you can use it in a bucket or even stick the end in a stream / river.

For future reference does this work will all bauker batteries?

Yes, my Bauker battery work with Worx equipment. Worx battery can work on the Bauker tool too but you have to shave a bit of plastic clip.

Was going to say good deal until I saw it did not have a battery - I got one off eBay a few months ago for £30 with a 48V battery and charger - the concentrated jet is strong enough to get into the nooks and crannies of my motorcycle but doing a car would probably drive you mad. It does have a filter so use the water from my water butts - you have to laugh, just had an email from the water ccmpany, after weeks if not months of almost endless rain in Devon, saying there is a hosepipe ban. Actually these use a lot less water than chucking buckets of water over the bike.
