sorted by- That's ridiculous, how do you sell a limited edition console for a game without the actual game...its like the collectors edition that don't include a game.
- Bought, straight into the loft it will go. 👌Just don’t plan on leaving it there for much more than 6 months or the built in battery may never charge properly ever again.
- As mentioned you'll need to sign up as a member before the code works (just having an account isn't enough) also check your weekly member 'scratch card' before purchasing and you might get a further discount.
- Awesome price - should go scorchingCalm down matey. It's only a 6% saving.
- No game included, Nintendo are an absolute joke
- Only Nintendo could release an overpriced, special edition console and not include the gameSee also the Splatoon version.
Good ol' Nintendo... - Deceptive of Nintendo to include the game cover art on the box. I have written to my MP and trading standards asking for a ban on this console. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.
- Cold from me, last gen system that costs more than a Xbox series S. Also any company that sells a limited edition without the game (thus profiteering and ripping off the customer) doesn't deserve a penny of your hard earned money.this is Nintendo's current console.
I think the games RRP is £60
they would only be ripping of the customer if they said they was giving you something and they didn't? - Good price for this. Personally I just can't justify getting a new Switch 6 years into its lifecycle. Surely at this point it's worth hanging on for the successorAny insight or rumours? We expecting something?
- Had me until no game 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️me too.... it's like the pictures of a PS5 on eb*y that sold - but no one read the "PS5 not included" disclaimer. If the game isn't out until later in the year, I would imagine the limited edition console won't be available then - so if you want it, you'll have to buy the console now and then fork out again when then game is.
- Wish I could justify this but with my switch working fine, only using it in docked mode and the switch 2 on the horizon I can't throw the £300 at it. Heat though.Ah yes, the Switch 2 - definitely coming any day now since March 2017.
- Mines arriving tomorrow 😁 sold my Animal Crossing edition switch for £230 and bagged this upgrade, being a massive Zelda fan made this an easy choice I love my switch for first party games and Indies on the go
- What a first deal to share Thank you!!Why are you staffers bumming this post within seconds of eachother?
- Can't justify getting this in the current climate, but best price around. Great first deal. Voted hot!Best price was Student Beans discount with Nintendo I believe
- Nintendo logic - sell a limited edition console that doesn't include the game.Crazy right, it’s like they should be a charity and just give stuff away! What a cheek to try and turn a profit!
- It makes me a little sad, I really want one of these but I just can't stomach paying out for what would really be cosmetic value on a device that's so long in the tooth, guess I'll just keep my standard model.
I'm going to give it heat though for sure - As many others have said, just can't justify getting one this long into the life cycle even though every part of me wants one. Heat added thoughOnly reason would be to keep it unopened it box it up and resell 20 years down the line (edited)
- Nice one, thanks. Switch might be an 'old' console. However it's still well supported and getting a constant flow.of.new games. This is why Nintendo consoles are different to the likes of the Xbox and PS.
Look at the 3DS, had a long life and lots of special editionsAll of which retain a lot of their value, unlike other consoles - It’s a great system and a Zelda fans must have. It will hold its price and increase in the years to come so it’s an investment too if taken care of. Those who haven’t got a switch and want one should defiantly consider this edition. Those awaiting what Nintendo have next need to hold out a little longer.
- Ordered, thanks for the post, I was on the fence for this but the £20 off worked a treat
- Stop buying this bs so they will actually think about releasing ns pro....
- MY BODY IS READY!!! (Awesome first post ) Heat added (edited)
- Excludes the game lmaoWell yes the game is £60 RRP
- Great first post!
- Got a £5 discount voucher too for next order by their Reward scratch ticket. Not bad
- If you’ve already got an OLED Switch and like the look of it, there are some nice vinyl kits on Etsy that will make it look similar.
etsy.com/uk/…lda - Awesome deal, thank you; ordered for my son's birthday
- Performance during combat/intense scenes is shocking on this game, drops to 10-15 frames per second.Switch for you 😁
- Amazing ordered this and then the scratch card which gave me £5 to spend in May.
Thanx OPSame. Got £40 off then used giftcards I had. Cost me £28 in the end. - Ordered, thank you. Means I have to not pick it up my Pre order tomorrow from Smyths. Hopefully I remember to forget. But remember to make sure they send the refund.
2% TCB too possibly. - Is a normal oled not £297 ? People expecting a game with this why ?RRP of standard OLED model is £309.99
(and RRP of the game is £59.99) (edited) - Thanks for taking the time to share your first post
- I was considering buying this until I saw it doesn’t actually have the game, gutted 😿
- I thought this was going to be a rare collectors edition but there is tons of stock everywhereThere is a Collectors Edition of the game

- maybe the last special ed Nintendo due to retire the switch very thooon
- I have JL vouchers. Might as well though I begrudge overpaying. JL will go out of business anytime so why not. Oh well.Overpaying?? This is the lowest price you can get this console?
- Good price.
