    No original box and a scratch on the controller isn't a great start!

    Marks on the xbox itself aswell, definitely not what I class as pristine!

    FWIW I bought a pristine refurb from them and it was spotless. No original packaging or manuals though which is standard, so beware if you want that stuff

    Guys, if you are wondering which console to get but the price of the ps5 is still too high for you. Trust me, get this.

    At the time of the great PS5 scalping wars, this came out on deal for around £350-370 refurbised. With the game pass ultimate which you can get with the live trick, plus *cough* gamesha***cough*, its an absolutely great console.

    I would like to play horizon, but I'm not spending 500 quid for one game. (edited)

    Last xbox I got off them was classed as "grade A" it looked like someone pulled it out of a bin, it came with the wrong controller and both thumb sticks were missing.

    This twice I ordered electronic goods from these ppl, both times item is not as described. This is terribly bad at the least and deception at best.
    Never again music magpie!! Stick to CDs and blu rays with these guys! They are conmen when it comes to electronic goods! STAY AWAY FROM THEM
