Pretty decent speed at this price level and you will have 1 TB storage. If you grab an enclosure (can be around £18) you can make a decent portable drive as well.

why would you get this over the Crucial P3 1TB? costs 39.64 on amazon

The Crucial P3 is QLC and has a TBW of 220 TB.

The Integral is TLC and 512 TBW.

Both are without DRAM as far as I know.

Also Crucial was caught quietly changing out components on drives a little over a year ago without changing the name or indicating it, so a lot of my faith in them as a brand is gone.

Have zero knowledge about SSDs. Which is better for quick and temporary backups? This or Crucial P3? or stick to one of the WD SSD from the deals posted recently? (edited)

If you're backing up frequently and are likely to write over it very often, get this deal or WD (whichever is cheapest for that use), not the P3. (edited)
