The Lay-Z-Spa Milan not only offers an outstanding Airjet Plus massage system, it also utilises the latest in hot tub technology. Now you can control your spa from anywhere with the brand-new Lay-Z-Spa WiFi App.

The Bestway Smart Hub App means control is right in the palm of your hand. Turn on, turn off, set the temperature, activate the timer and even control the bubbles; all from your mobile phone. Available on Android and Apple devices. Perfect for making sure your hot tub is ready to use as soon as you get home. Once home and in your hot tub, you don't have to lift a finger; the hot tub hands free means you can use your voice to control the temperature and massage system!

The Milan offers plenty of room to sit back and relax as well as an 140 AirJet Plus™ Massage System for an ultimate spa experience. The innovative Y-Beam construction offers superior structural stability while maintaining a comfortable surface while the airjet plus system releases bubbles from both the bottom and the sidewalls of the spa to target both the legs and the back.

Choose your temperature up to 40°C with the built-in rapid heating system. The pump circulates cosy warm water around the tub as well as continuously filtering, ensuring it stays crystal clear. Speaking of temperature, now you can use your hot tub all year round thanks to Freeze Shield™ technology. Designed to automatically increase water circulation around the pump, the Freeze Shield™ system prevents water freezing and means you can enjoy your spa even on the coldest of days.

I've been reading the reviews and one states that this is for 6 persons, not the 4 as advertised.

I checked online and the specifications appear to be the same as the 6 person tub both on B&Q (£399.95) and Argos (£680). Same dimensions, same capacity so will screen shot and purchase as possibly a decent bargain. Will keep in store as a back up for now.

I must add that I have the slightly smaller Lay z Spa Hollywood that is a 4-6 adult capacity tub. You could possibly squeeze 6x Kylie Minogues in there but otherise 2 people is ideal, 4 is cosy at best. (edited)

What are the running costs for say a weekend with one of these. Chlorine not an issue as I work in a pool.

Does anyone own a hot tub when they have toddlers/young children?
Trying to think if we would actually have use of it for having to jump in and out all the time to see to the kids.

This is cheaper than buying the wireless pump on its own

Dont know who needs to hear this, but these are still in stock @ £260 in some stores. You cant reserve online for some reason but they are still on the shelf. I just picked one up from Doncaster (theres 2 left).

I just bought one as the wifi controller itself was £180. Should suit the solar panels nicely with a heating schedule

Does it need a flat, hard surface? would it be ok to put it on a natural lawn?
    More_Chips's avatar
Had ours on the lawn a few years back, grass grew back fine the next summer
