These are probably the best out there at the mo.

They're just about to be replaced so I'd probably see what the new model is like.

had two sets both gone back, I won't buy them again
    I recommend these
    amazon.co.uk/dp/…ils
Sound quality easily as good as the Sonys and I don't need to send them back

I have the liberty pro 2 and 3's, not sure there's anything better musically ?
The pro 2's are quite loud, most newer in ear sets are a lot quieter

Love these to bits but they do hurt after prolonged use.

I bought some decent tips for mine not cheap at around 20 quid but made a massive difference.

Bear in mind that they had a significant change to their sound signature made with firmware 1.4.2 (several months after this and many other reviews).

Made them less warm and muddy.

Does anyone know if you can buy the charging case separately? I have these but have no idea where the case is
    Glasshalfsmashed58's avatar
You could buy a used damaged pair off eBay maybe.

Best to stay a gen behind for best value I paid about 90 quid for my XM3’s and no intention of replacing them yet. Owned about 18 months.

Sorry dude I own three pairs of xm3s and they garbage compared to xm4s (edited)

I have mine over 2 years. Right bud doesn't charge to 100% anymore, always around 90% only. After few hours Right bud down to 23% left 76%

Battery issues seems pretty common with these and the xm3s.

Good find and first deal, - thanks for taking the time to share

Most reviews are 5 stars but its worrying to me that when it comes to phone calls which is 50% of my time when I will use these headphones the reviews are really bad. So £150 for bad phone calls! When comparing reviews with Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 pro reviews are more positive for phone calls.

Has to be (near) complete silence, like a quietish room, to get a useable call out of these.

It's weird because when they were launched, they made a big deal about using bone conducting mics to help pick up your voice better. But it seems like they never managed to get this hardware to function well.

The ear tips on these are very marmite. You’re either gonna have a nice comfortable fit or they’re going to be a nightmare.
Good price but I downgraded to the WF-C500’s. Will be tempted by the noise cancelling C700N’s if a good deal appears.

Well worth it. Remind the battery people that these are new. I've had mine from new (jul 21). I've never had any problems (edited)

Who are the battery people? Sounds like a mythical race of high-tech geeks

    The microphone is terrible.

I have the XM3s they are good for desk work, or pottering around the house, defo wouldn't stay in whilst running. Noise cancelling is so-so. Wind noise is terrible when ANC is active, have to disable it when outside unless you want lots of wind noise
    Booza1981's avatar
I had the MX3s and upgraded to the MX4s. They fit so much better and the noise cancelling is a massive improvement. The wind noise is still a problem though.

These or airpods pro 2nd gen?

These. Unless you want to use them running. (edited)

Only a 30 quid saving for used buds, not worth it.

Ended up selling mine after a few weeks. I couldn't get on with the in-ear buds. Like others have said they can get uncomfortable after 40 minutes or so and i was using the smallest tips. I bought the Nothing Stick earbuds which do not go in the ear canal. They are much cheaper, sound great but again the fit is not for everyone, the battery doesnt last as long etc, I put foam over the tips to make them fit more snug

does these have aptx adaptive for low latency gaming?

Hot 🔥🔥 but be aware that the WF-1000XM5 are coming out soon, this might imply even further reduction but only time will tell
