After the copper edition (AF400UKCP) went out of stock, the black version has come in at the same price of £169.99. RRP of £249.99 is claimed but normally on sale at Amazon for £199.99.

I think the £20 difference in RRP is just because the copper one is a special edition colour way. The copper one does mention tongs being included in its title, whereas this one doesn't, but they are the same model so presumably contain the same packaged accessories.

does anyone know that has purchased this before if it does in fact come with a pair of tongs?
    kiepau's avatar
I bought this last year really handy and you can cut the sheets to whatever size you wish perfect for this ninja. amazon.co.uk/dp/…aWw (edited)

I got the tower vision dual one for £112 after having the ninja af400 i actually prefer the tower model. Not as attractive but has option to add a big single 10l draw. Also feel its more solid than the ninja and so far chips have cooked alot better.

Why do people allow repost just in a different colour it's stupid
    lenoz's avatar
    Author
Because the colour is specific to the deal. The copper expired and then they replaced it with the black. Different deal, different link.
  4. Mastermaster's avatar
Wonder if everyone is cancelling the copper version now
    razord's avatar
Please do... I ordered a copper one right before it sold out, and got an August delivery date.

    Hoping that moves up now.

This is considered the creme de le creme of air fryers for the regular house right?

The wife made a comment about wanting an airfryer and I'm thinking this is the one she might be pleased with.
    AG18's avatar
    Yeh I think so

OP of the copper edition yet somehow managed to miss my own deal. This one matches the kitchen so thanks for posting this, just ordered!

Thanks so much for posting and I am pleased you have got the one you wanted

Thanks OP waited for this as wasn’t keen on the copper colour. (edited)

Got the af415uk refurbished from flea bay for same price. Essential the same as this but no knob and a thermometer probe. Priced at £200 but 15% code makes it this price.

    What's the 15% code please?

This is an excellent price. I paid £229.99 for one for my parents for Christmas and it has been used a fair amount since then. I think there is a trial and error period, to perfect timings and work out what works best. The only things which don't cook well in it we have found is, pizza and roast potatoes and I think my mother said Quiche was not great as well. Pizza is obvious for the size alone, but whacking a pizza in the oven now and then is never a biggie.

A good solid device which is easy to clean and reliable.

An absolute bargain in my opinion at this price, for those on the fence, I would encourage the purchase.

I don't know if it was a glitch on Ninja products but the Ninja speedi was advertised as £174.99 @30% off, when I added to the basket and went to pay the price in the basket had dropped to £139.99 so I nabbed it, after buying I went back to the product page and it still shows as £174.99, go figure.

    Prove it

This or the Tower version that has the windows and the option of a single large tray?
    Danze1984's avatar
I've got the smaller version of this, but if I was buying again I think I'd go with the Instant Pot version that has the option to use the drawer as a big one.
  13. AG18's avatar
    Thanks ordered

Thanks for the heads up op. Fingers crossed the creami comes back into stock 🤞

Already have the Costco one, We use it alot but thinking 2 drawers would be handy, A worthy upgrade?
    sheffield788's avatar
2 drawers are great. Even better if it was 1 drawer to convert it in 2 when you need it and the other way around. For our needs, we need 2 drawers, I would not buy one with only 1 drawer. If it is worth an upgrade, I can't say.

    Worth the investment?
    jig2480's avatar
I think so. I got the 451 (pretty much same model but that one has the temp probe which to be honest you can live without). Use it most days and does make things easier and quicker. Often tastes better too
  18. KaraSevda's avatar
I have ordered this but delivery date is showing for August. Heat added though. Good price
  19. scott_281's avatar
Best thing we ever bought! Cooks so much quicker and less hassle
  20. phantompti's avatar
Tempted but somehow think I'd prefer the smaller size of the AF300UK.
  21. hotyoda's avatar
We have this one. For once a gadget taking up kitchen surface which is actually used pretty much every day! The two big drawers are a must IMO. Turns it into an oven killer.
  22. Johnjo89's avatar
The AF400 was £169 for the last 2 weeks before the price went up to £249, and then the Amazon exclusive come in at £169.
  23. hbo86's avatar
Wish ninja would remove that annoying sound when opening the draws

Are Ninja air fryers toxic? TIA

    Yes

Does anyone know how this compares to the Salter EK4548? Am I reading it correctly that the ninja has a 2400w output compared to the 1750w salter? Or does this not make too much difference? Am torn between the two if it’s worth the extra expense
  26. Lucopop's avatar
Posted everywhere idk why people post just to get heat

Is it worth getting the 2 year Amazon accidental damage protection they offer? It popped up when I ordered this but decided not to get it. Now thinking if I should have. The 2 year guarantee that comes with it should suffice, right?
    Sukh92's avatar
U need to register with ninja otherwise u only get 1 year
  32. fozzeh's avatar
Delivery date moved from 1st August to... Saturday!

My t'ebay one came day after. Thumbs up to ninja for that. Massive thumbs down for the DHL driver who left it on my doorstep. Wouldn't have minded but I was at work! Nice of them to send me a picture though (edited)
  35. Silverblue's avatar
Mine still 28th July - 3rd Aug but good news some have been brought forward, I’m hopeful!
  36. Mastermaster's avatar
Mine arrived today, bigger than expected but everyone said 300 was too small for a family

Be super careful removing the top piece of white protection, the sticky can pull the silver off, not sure why ninja not resolved that yet.

    Not tried it yet (edited)
    Gooner1360's avatar
Did you get the tongs with it?
