Cant really see that £1.50 for a 2 litre bottle of Coke is a deal. These used to be £1 and are still a Euro in most European supermarkets. Still we took back control didnt we?

Hmmm, which European countries did you visit recently?

I've been to a few this year, and a 2L Coke/Pepsi is considerably more than 1 Euro in supermarkets. Not seen for less than €2 since last summer. Yes, inflation is affecting all countries not just the UK post Brexit.

I recently paid £3.50 for 2x 500ml bottles in Copenhagen.
Many countries also charge a fixed deposit on top for every plastic or glass bottle.

If you say where they're 1 Euro, I may be visiting soon and can report back.

Another fizzy drink deal delivered to the needy, or people with a bad back. (edited)

Mental health is the new bad back and no better cure than pepsi cola mixed with fine single malt.

I paid 60p a bottle for pepsi Max. No bad back or mental health issues just common sense!

Be very careful with this deal. I did a similar deal a few weeks ago for 10 bottles and they must have been sat in extreme heat in the warehouse because they lacked fizz and flavour and tasted like cardboard. I still have 4 still sat here and drank 2 myself and gave the others away because I can’t bring myself to drink them. Be warned. (edited)

I’ve had this twice, once with Amazon and once with Costco. I buy a lot and its not happened often so don’t worry too much.

If you contact Britvic they will take your batch numbers from the bottles and possibly ask for a sample and they will send you vouchers you can use in supermarkets.

Can take a while to sort but at least you get replacements in the end. (edited)
