Excellent price on these using code HAB20
Note: Delivery times vary by area - Seemingly between a week or two, to around 6 weeks. Different colours have different lead times too.

Anyway...
Pretty annoyed, although I have no right to be, really We bought this earlier in the year when we moved, based on our £700 budget and the reviews being excellent. Turns out if we'd only sat on the uncomfortable, low down, back curling old one for 6 more months, we could have saved £135 (Kidding, that old one HAD to go)

We have the green one and it's really nice and much firmer than the old. I'd advise getting some little rubber stick on pads for the feet if using on a hard floor, just to save sliding about. You can't see it in the images, but there is another leg/foot for central support.

The matching armchairs are £416.95 after the code, although I was hoping would be a little lower, myself. If you want to see those - Look Here

There's a grey one in there though, but different material at £305.60

Incredibly iconic. Our Chesterfield sofa is full of character with its upholstered, low deep buttoned back and pleated scroll arm design. It brings a whole new wow factor to a room. Total accent piece in a luxurious velvet style. The split, foam-filled seat offers comfort and a perfect level of firmness to ensure this eye-catching stunner keeps its looks. Shapely, turned feet in solid wood are a final finishing flourish and lift it just off the floor to prevent any scuffing. Forever fashionable.

Designed to sit in modern and classic settings, you can show off your Chesterfield just the way you like to live. Funky, country or classic style.

Comes with a 10 year frame guarantee and a guarantee against manufacturing faults and is part of the Chesterfield collection.

Poor quality, particularly the legs - one of them snapped off mine after just nine months of light usage. Contacted Argos - the warranty means you have to pay for the call out charge first and only then will they assess the damage…

I also bought a cupboard from Argos which is falling apart after 18 months - again their customer service response is basically: “you must’ve assembled it incorrectly, or it’s not a manufacturing fault, we will send someone to prove it for you, at your cost…”

I no longer trust Argos furniture.

I purchased a sofa from Argos, within months the leather started to peel off of the fabric, they sent someone out who told me that it was not covered under warranty, I shall not buy another cheapo sofa especially from Argos, just false economy.

My experience with the habitat brand is terrible. This will likely to go bad in a couple of years tops

I bought these 5 years ago (actually they were 'Home' branded back then, but it's just a change of name on the box - we've since added a Habitat branded armchair and it matches perfectly).

Other than the cushion foam being replaced - they've lasted really well, far better than the DFS ones they replaced.

We bought these last year. Always receive comments on how posh they look. They're holding up well so far. Cushions will probably need replacing in 3 years. Sturdy frame. Lovely design.

Random I know, but if you still have it and would like to get rid of it for a reasonable price, I would be happy to take it off your hands. Serious offer!

Good price if you like these, but it's such a colonial design, so definitely not for me.
