You know I take creatine. Price seems to finally be coming down at least. Just don't tell your mum you're taking it, she'll think it's steroids.

About this item
  • Made with the purest available Creatine
  • Micronised for easier mixing, uptake, and consumption
  • Unflavoured flavour - add it to your pre- or intra-workout for a Creatine boost
  • No fillers, additives, or junk - just 100% clinically proven Creatine
  • Research states that Creatine improves physical performance
  • Why is there a hole in the IHS (heat seal) liner of the closure? On some of our 100mm closures and almost all of the 120mm closures, it is standard to find a small pin[1]prick size hole in the heat seal liners. This hole is added during the manufacturing process of the closure. The reason for this is it allows for a very small amount of ventilation in the final product

Strawberry is 4.5 grams of creatine per 5 gram scoop. The unflavoured is 5 grams of creatine per 5 gram scoop. (edited)

Very slightly cheaper price if you goto bodybuildingwarehouse.com - get 12 months NDD with code BW1 (£9.99 to £1) then order the creatine separately using code BW25 for 25% off.

You get the creatine and 12 months of free Next Day Delivery. (edited)

Is it recommended for someone who has just started with workouts?

I recommend this and only this. Just make sure you drink plenty of water as it can cause cramps if you don’t.

My uncle has that too and has never taken this in his life lmao. Might as well blame it on the COVID vaccine as well while you're at it.

Won’t be a concern for many here but I wouldn’t touch this stuff if you want to keep your hair

The research suggesting creatine increases DHT and so accelerates hair loss has not been replicated. Therefore that one study was likely an anomaly. Creatine doesnt increase DHT and hair loss. (edited)

I've still a load of the PBN stuff from last year when it was just over £7 for 500g. It'll never be that cheap again!!

Wholesale prices have dropped significantly vs last year's high. We might see £14/kg in the not too distant future

Recently got this for £11-something, its the only supplement I currently take but IMO worth it as its one of the cheapest and most effective. Ideal if you are a gym regular and have maybe started to hit a plateu in your training. Good price.

Can you mix it with a protein shake?

Perhaps for those wanting some education on the topic....
    I listened to this
Myths, facts and benefits of creatine
I stumbled across the supplement as a possible help for increased focus, I'm taking 0.1g/kg bodyweight

Good deal at current ridiculous prices, pop mine in my coffee and mixes perfectly!
    MBCH's avatar
Not sure if the coffee inhibits the uptake / doesn’t optimise the uptake of the creatine mate….. we certainly looked at this during my undergrad days (I can’t quote any specific study, my notes are all in the loft!)

Been a good few years since using creatine. I always used to seek out Creatine that was "Creapure" certified as that always seemed to be the purest form. This doesn't seem to have it. Dunno what the thoughts are on Creapure nowadays?
    take_a_look's avatar
Standard stuff has the most research and history. Not really a fan of paying over the odds if it's not required.

I've taken this and my left testicle disappeared!

Seriously though, this is great stuff, so much better than the stuff we used to get years ago! I have unflavoured just with water and you don't know it's there. (edited)
  21. mmotti's avatar
Good price for this with how expensive creatine has gotten. Be aware that if you use the included spoon there's only ~40 servings and not the advertised 60... Unless they've changed anything within the last 6 months. (edited)
