I found out about this stuff via a womans weight lifting group on fb its suggested to be good for memory, I suffer with horrible brain fog and work nights sometimes with insufficient sleep, I've just finished my 1st week of 5g and now will reduce to 3g as per the comments on amazon about the product, bit early 2 tell if its working and I'm not getting the time to lift at the minute due to other commitments but certainly feel brighter and less forgetful! Still only been early days so hard to tell but the product has great reviews!
None at all mate, no increased thirst, bloating, cramps, dietary / digestive issues. I weight train 4x a week (pretty intensively, without wanting to sound boastful) with a couple of 5km runs and abs/core on the other days, and it's definitely helped me quickly regain and surpass the levels I was hitting pre-lockdown. Everything works different for everyone else though, but it lets me skip the loading phase, and the annoyance of having to try to remember what week I am in my cycle, with no ill effects, so give it a go!
I know it can make your bloods appear that you have kidney impairment (false positive result). Creatinine clearance is a common method of working out renal function and high levels indicate accumulation/poor flow
Now £3.53 but still an absolute bargain at that price so bought 2
