Would much rather buy protein cookies from my protein, these bars taste awful! Got four boxes lying around just can't get to eat them!
Ordered 2 packs and got free delivery (y)
Agree about the taste. They are awful.
They are 2 for a pound in poundworld. Search for deal on here. However, i agree they are hideous on taste.
Chocolate Raspberry is vile, I bought a box and struggled through them.. plenty of water helped!
Good tips, thanks. I laughed when I saw on the Boots page "only 21g of protein". Clearly the marketing person didn't realise they were meant to talk that number up, not down ;)
Best Before End – 31/1/18 They're cheap because they go out of date next week.
Confirmed at multiple stores. I've tried those, really chewy and and easy to eat. Pfffft. Riot! (devil)
If it's taste you want then checkout the Nutramino Peanut & Caramel bar. By far the best tasting protein bar I've ever tried. I have a box of Grenade Carb Killas (Peanut) from Amazon and they taste very similar to a Snickers but still have nothing on the Nutamino bar. I would choose that bar over most actual regular chocolate bars for taste alone. (excited) I would also recommend you checkout the SCI-MX Nutrition Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (y) So I just checked my receipt and it turns out I got 2 for £1 too! Trust me to buy 5! (:I That's not the first multi-buy deal I've come across that's not advertised on the shelf in there! (flirt)

...aaaand now because everybody orders about 20 boxes, we all get nothing. What a fun game.
Another day on HUKD, another creatine
Ahh I did buy that sample pack. Didn't know about the promotional credit. I'll expire the deal then.
Doesn't work for me
Creatine is so cheap nowadays there's no harm doing so.
Don't bother with a loading phase, no need
Creatine can be taken several ways, once you've gone through the 'loading' phase then it doesn't really matter as long as your body gets the recommended 5g per day.
Label states to take 3 before and 3 after daily workout
you need to take 7 of these to get the daily recommended 5g of Creatine, I fond it easier to use powder just added to my recovery shake after a workout.
yes! you're welcome to check my liver.
I think it should be a general rule now, you talk like that you state the source, simple
Do you bros even lift?:(
Do you actually have some evidence for that?
Waste of time.
Received mine and they are dated 07/17.
I hope not as I have ordered 3!
Could it be due to short dated stock? Great find if the item as a long BBE date.
Perfect timing thanks pal
Can I use this in my infants formula?
Pretty sure its much cheaper (per gram) to buy a 1kg tub of USN micronized creatine at Home Bargains. Just a 'heads up' for anyone who's after this stuff but not in a rush, as haven't checked my local HB for it in a while, 1kg lasts me some time!
The only time I have a shake is post workout. It's easier, quicker and cheaper for me to do so. However I don't have it any other time, as a shake can't replace proper food.
Wholefoods > All powders. I really do think powders are a waste of money and actually pretty unhealthy when you could just eat a good meal! Unless you don't get the opportunity to do so cos of other committments. They're good for on the go, but some people are brainwashed into getting shake in within 30 mins of every workout. Totally unnecessary.
Any good ?
The problem is that they got so much products it is so hard to pick one. For gains [muscle and fat/size] they got one called extreme gains i believe. Personally I am waiting for a good offer on the impact whey and the isolate protein. But as this is 50% off pills, I thought I might as well buy some now, and start the year healthier.
As in high calorie protein and carb based products? If so, then yes they do. Although you could just use the standard whey etc or even just eat more food products getting the right % of protein, carbs and fats for an increased calorie intake for your requirements.
This is the funniest convo I have read on here loool, I love how fitness causes conversations like this. I used to use myprotein creapure, decent stuff for the price. Would recommend that ;)
Is this what they call roid rage Princess?:D
Ooooooh scary keyboard warrior. Go drink your milk skinny batty.
Fanboy is that your massive ego thinking everyones your fan shortstuff?X)
fascinating assumptions but im 6ft 4 thanks though fanboy
Even if you split this dosage in half its still around 25 grams of protein which is the same as a scoop of whey. Whey is already high in bcaas in good quality branded proteins. You can tell this by the Leuicine content. So unless you don't get much protein or train fasted when bcaas is not really necessary. All you need is some caffeine and beta alanine and hmb One stop extreme is definitely worth it if you break down nearly a pound for a scoop I might have to purchase it
Now I'm really intrigued...for clarification what would you take before training (excluding food i.e) and if you do not mind would you be kind enough share the details here of a better priced bundle? I'd only be too happy to learn something new from you :)
I do. An all in one at this price is poor even with the bundle, also it's not something you'd take before training so the pre workout comment is invalid.
So true! Thanks for your contribution. I guess if it's an ordinarily Whey Protein powder you're seeking then this All-in-One may not be suited for one's needs. I like the product for what it is...a stack; I believe this is where most folks are getting it wrong. This is basically a wholesome supplement (Macros, micros, added BCAAs, creatine and a preworkout) one has to see the bigger picture especially if you do some serious lifting. Now with regards to fourteen servings...uhm hell naw oO! I never go by the recommended servings on the label, that's just for the benefit of the manufacturer/distributors (it only serves to keep you the end user coming back for more way too soon). Remember that you only need so much protein per lean body mass and if your diet is on point then you will also be supplying your body with good quality macros and micros too. Don't forget it is just what it is...a "supplement" and not a replacement for food 8). Bottom line is that at the end of the day this product may not be suited for everyone, I guess I should have made this clear in the description from the start (_;)
14 servings isn't amazing but you could split it up so it is a months supply. Reflex have really stepped up in quality of ingredients used so no doubt about it they are a good company. But you could just by from myprotein and save yourself some money
Smells great, tastes good but is pretty thick! it'd be perfect if you're the kind of person that makes things like flapjack with your powders but at this price it's still a good buy! (_;)
just got this and it only had the flap jacks out of all the free stuff anyone else have this problem
can you make a recommendation please?
It's amazing that people actually buy cr*p stuff like this just because it's cheaper, it's soya isolate, you're going to get boobs. It's cheaper for a reason, always go for the gold standard ;) But meh, 99.9% of people on here aren't that serious, probably don't even know what protein is for.
OOS FWIW i used Matrix products a few years ago when i was powerlifting. i experienced a very good product and it was good value at the time. because they were a new company there was not many offers so after a year i went over to myprotein. Having said that, this is a great offer if it becomes available again. FWIW, i still use matrix products but tend to buy when offers come up
It is a decent price, I think people are missing the point here. Its USN, one of the most stringent suppliers, supporting natural bodybuilding scene. Bulk powders from other sources are everywhere but after gettign zero results i now look for branded if the price is right. This will last about 2-3 months for 9.99 and picked it up as i walked past argos, cant beat that. Plus its micronised, most arent. Mono is the most studied, your magnesium chelates and ethyl esters for me are the supplements industry way of getting more money from you - this gives gains everytime and i keep going back to mono.
Think this is a decent deal to be honest. My protein unflavoured creatine monohydrate is £6.95 +p&p This is micronised, 500mg, £9.95 & available for immediate collection. If prices were fixed then I'd plump for creatine in this order: Ethyl Ester>Creapure~Micronised>Mono
No sweeters and crap in their unflavoured and Myprotein the 'brand' always does pretty well in independent lab tests. Don't know what you mean by 'bulk powder store' as I presume USN sell in bulk as well.
that and this is micronised so its better absorbed. not all creatines are equal. I got zero gains from the bulk stuff, this is great. Guess its all mine!
yeah but that has sweetners and crap in. theyre also a bulk powder store. This is the cheapest branded, and can walk in buy today.
